Kiwi workers see benefits in working from home

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many businesses to work differently with many New Zealanders now based at home, and many workers are reporting increased productivity as a result.

Colin McElwain, the CEO of land surveying and engineering company Cittriss, says his workers are among those considering continuing working from home after lockdown ends.

"We're pretty good at home, we're managing pretty well which was very surprising to me," he said.

"We'll be very much more open to working from home and they'll take that opportunity I'm sure."
