Four people have been injured, one critically, in a three-vehicle crash in Canterbury on Tuesday afternoon.
The collision happened at the intersection of Birchs and Robinsons Rds, in Canterbury's Selwyn District, about 3:40pm.
A St John spokesperson told Newshub one person has critical injuries, one serious injuries, one has moderate and another minor.
"The intersection is expected to be closed for some time and traffic management is in place," a police spokesperson said.
