Emergency services are at the site of a blaze in Wellington which is sending smoke billowing into the sky.
A Fire and Emergency spokesperson told Newshub they received multiple calls about the fire in a Karori building on Thursday afternoon.
By the time they arrived at the scene the blaze was "well-involved". Pictures of the scene supplied to Newshub show smoke billowing from the building's boarded-up windows.
There are currently eight trucks at the scene, and no reports of anyone inside the building.
