Fire crews are dampening down hotspots following a large blaze at an abandoned property in Christchurch.
Emergency services were called to Fendalton Rd just after 2am on Wednesday morning.
The two-storey property was up in flames on arrival.
Six fire engines, a command unit and turntable ladder have been fighting the blaze.
It's being treated as suspicious.
