Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency is warning Aucklanders to be prepared for a slew of motorway closures over the next week.
Multiple highways will be affected, including SH1, SH16, and SH20, so the roads can be improved.
"There is a wide range of overnight road work closures planned on the Auckland Motorway network for the upcoming week (Sun - Thu, 17 - 23 Jan)," it says.
"Unless otherwise stated, closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am."
NZTA says any work that's delayed due to bad weather will be completed on the next available date before January 22.
