A scene guard remains in place in Northcote on Auckland's North Shore, following a shooting on Friday night.
Police say a person showed up at North Shore Hospital with a bullet wound just after 7pm.
Members of the public had reported hearing multiple gunshots near Cadness St.
A cordon around Cadness Reserve is still active, with investigations underway.
