Aucklanders are being warned about mass overnight motorway closures this week as roadworks hit the city.
Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency says there is a wide range of closures planned for Auckland's motorway network from March 7 to 13, including the closure of northbound lanes in the Waterview Tunnel.
"Please note that all overnight motorway closures are subject to weather and other factors and may be cancelled or postponed at late notice," it says.
Unless otherwise stated, closures start at 9pm and finish at 5am. Anyone travelling on the affected routes is asked to follow the signposted detours.
