Anzac Day services will be going ahead this weekend - a welcome relief to Kiwis after commemorations were cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
The public holiday marks the anniversary of the landing of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps at Gallipoli on April 25, 1915.
Thousands of Kiwis are expected to attend services around the country on Sunday, April 25.
