A man has been arrested after witnesses reported several women being assaulted in separate attacks at Wellington's Peachy Keen music festival on Saturday night.
Acting Sgt Victoria Press said the man also allegedly assaulted two security staff working at the event.
"He was arrested at the time and will be charged with two counts of common assault."
The women allegedly assaulted were unable to be located, Press said.
"Anyone who believes they have information that could assist our ongoing enquiries in relation to this matter is encouraged to contact Police via 105 and quote event number P046047162."
