A car rolled onto its roof in a crash on a major Auckland road on Thursday morning, blocking a side street and causing delays.
Auckland Transport (AT) said at about 8:30am that the crash was blocking northbound lanes on Manukau Rd, Epsom near Kipling Ave. Kipling Ave was blocked with AT warning of delays in both directions on Manukau Rd as emergency services attended.
There were minor injuries reported.
The crash was cleared by 9am.
Pictures from the scene show the vehicle on its roof with what appears to be significant damage to the windscreen and front of the car. Several police officers were in attendance as well as at least one fire appliance.
"Big accident on Manukau Road and Kipling Avenue close to Newmarket," Tim McCready wrote on Twitter.
