Livestream: Dunedin Police provide update on Countdown stabbing that left four injured

Police will provide more information on a stabbing rampage at a Dunedin supermarket that left four people injured at a press conference on Thursday evening.

The incident, which saw a man enter the Countdown on Cumberland St wielding a knife in each hand, took place just before 3pm.

Southern District Police Commander Superintendent Paul Basham will speak at a media stand-up from 5:15pm.

This will be held outside the Dunedin Central Police Station.
