More firearms and drugs have been seized in connection to international organised crime investigations.

Police say a search warrant, executed at a storage locker in Manukau in Auckland, uncovered six revolvers, a glock pistol, an Uzi submachine gun and ammunition.

Half a kilogram of methamphetamine, unidentified tablets and a Head Hunter gang patch and clothing were also seized.

A 27-year-old man has appeared in court charged with unlawfully possessing the firearms.

Police said that as of today, more than $5 million in assets and cash had been seized and 36 people arrested in relation to the investigation.
