Woman charged with murder of little boy in Rotorua granted name suppression

A 27 year old woman charged with the murder of a little boy in Rotorua on Sunday has just been granted interim name suppression.

She appeared by audio visual link in the Rotorua District Court on Monday.

Forensic teams are combing the front unit of the Rimu St property in Glenholme where the child was found dead.

The accused was remanded in custody to reappear in the Rotorua High Court on September 17.
