A large fire has broken out at a commercial property on Auckland's North Shore, engulfing it in flames.
Five fire crews were deployed to the Takapuna property at 3am on Sunday, a spokesperson for Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) told Newshub
The building, on Porana Rd, was well involved in the fire.
FENZ also confirmed it's the second time this weekend the property has caught alight.
Meanwhile, five fire crews and three tankers are fighting back flames at a residential property in Motueka at the top of the South Island.
Emergency services received multiple calls from neighbours just before 5am, from Selwyn St.
While the property has been gutted, there are no reports of injury.
