Police have launched a homicide investigation after a woman was found dead in Christchurch.
The 37-year-old woman was found dead at her Addington home on Saturday night.
A scene examination is underway at the Grove Road property, and part of the street is cordoned off.
Police thank residents for their understanding and cooperation.
