Police have arrested a man who was walking in SkyCity carrying a knife.
A police spokesperson said police were notified of a person in possession of a knife at around 2pm.
A person at the scene told Newshub there were around six police cars.
Police located the man and he was taken into custody.
There were no reports of injuries.
