A scheme in Nelson is encouraging shops to display a specific sticker on their window so the public knows there is a "loo you can use".
The idea behind the initiative is to make more clean, safe and accessible toilets available to the public.
Nelson City Council is behind the idea and councillor Matt Lawrey spoke to AM.
