High school teachers will strike nationwide next week after pay negotiations with the Ministry of Education stalled.
The Ministry had offered two pay rises worth $6000 over two years but according to the Post Primary Teachers Association, it isn't enough to keep up with inflation.
Vice president and high school teacher Chris Abercrombie told AM on Thursday many teachers have simply run out of steam.
