Incredible aerial vision shows the devastation caused by several severe slips and flooding on a major highway in the Coromandel.
Footage supplied to Newshub shows several massive slips on State Highway 25A on the Kopu-Hikuai Road.
The footage captured on Tuesday afternoon shows rocks and trees blocking huge swathes of the road.
Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency said the highway is closed after a full road collapse at a large washout location.
