A truck accident has blocked part of State Highway 1 on the east coast of the South Island on Sunday.
A truck's trailer unit rolled over between Birches and Hundalee roads, near Hundalee in the Hurunui District and blocked the road as a result.
Police said emergency services were notified at about 2:50pm, and there are no reports of injuries.
Diversions are being put in place, however motorists are warned to expect delays.
