A person has been critically injured after an incident in East Auckland today.
Emergency services were called to the property in Bucklands Beach on Friday afternoon.
Police said at this stage it appears two people have been injured, one is in a critical condition, while the other suffered moderate injuries.
Newshub understands the two people were working on a car engine at the time of the incident.
Fire and Emergency (FENZ) and St John are also at the scene.
"Emergency services remain at the scene to work out the exact circumstances surrounding the situation," police said. "We will provide more information when it becomes available."
