Meech and Alex Maloney will be hoping to improve on their silver medal at Rio five years ago in Tokyo.
They have crewed together since 2013, when they captured the world title, and have been among the top female crews since, capturing a bronze medal in 2017 and finishing sixth in 2019.
Older brother Sam is also a strong medal chance in the Laser class, where he won bronze at Rio.
