The two United States presidential candidates are heading into round two of their political sparring match - the first time since Donald Trump's latest degrading comments toward women.
A fortnight after their first encounter, the second debate in St Louis between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton will be a more intimate town hall meeting hosted by CNN's Anderson Cooper.
This format will be hard for the candidates to prepare for, with half the questions asked by undecided voters in the audience, while the rest will be broad public interest questions based on social media and other sources.
