Newshub asked Kiwis on the streets of Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch about how they want to see money being allocated in the Government's 2017 Budget.
We asked where the Government should be spending more money, where it's spending too much and what policies could get them more money to spend.
Social welfare, housing, and water quality were some of the areas people wanted to see more spending in.
A capital gains tax was also floated as a way to make more money, while superannuation was mentioned as an area taking too much money.
