Jacinda Ardern is addressing Parliament for the first time this year.
The Prime Minister will be speaking before the House of Representatives, where MPs will have the chance to discuss a range of issues to kick-off 2019.

Ms Ardern last week spoke in Auckland, where she outlined challenges facing the country and confirmed there will be changes to the tax system.
The latest Newshub-Reid Research poll has Ms Ardern sitting at a comfortable 47.5 percent in the preferred Prime Minister ranking.
