Finance Minister Grant Robertson is delivering a pre-Budget speech to the Wellington Chamber of Commerce.
This year's Budget, dubbed the 'Wellbeing Budget', will prioritise areas including mental health, reducing child poverty, and lifting opportunities for Māori and Pacific people, businesses, regions, and iwi.
The Government will deliver Budget 2019 on 30 May.
