Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is holding a press conference at the Beehive in Wellington to announce her much-anticipated Cabinet reshuffle.
All eyes are on Phil Twyford, Minister for Housing and Transport, who didn't show up to Labour's caucus meeting on Thursday where it's understood Ardern discussed her Cabinet reshuffle.
Newshub has been told Twyford was on pre-arranged leave. A spokesperson told Newshub he's giving a speech at the Planning Institute in Auckland.
