The Epidemic Response Committee is meeting via videoconference.
The committee, set up to hold officials to account for decisions in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, is chaired by the Leader of the Opposition, Simon Bridges.
All of Government Controller John Ombler, Health Minister Dr David Clark, Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield and Professor David Skegg will be heard from.
