New Opposition leader Todd Muller is going head-to-head with Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern for the first time in Parliament.
Muller and his deputy Nikki Kaye became the National Party's new leadership team last week after successfully challenging former leader Simon Bridges and former deputy leader Paula Bennett.
