The Government is looking to do more to deal with environmentally harmful products.
On Wednesday, Associate Environment Minister Eugenie Sage announced six products would be declared 'priority products' for regulated product stewardship.
These products are plastic packaging, tyres, electrical and electronic products, agrichemicals and their containers, refrigerants and farm plastics.
Greenpeace's Phil Vine appeared on The AM Show to give his thoughts on the announcement.
