The Prime Minister will hold a press conference on Thursday morning after David Clark announced he would be stepping down as Health Minister.
Jacinda Ardern is expected to speak from the Beehive Theatrette at 11:45am.
In announcing his resignation, Dr Clark said his performance in the role - which had come under increased scrutiny after a series of blunders - was becoming a distraction from the Government's COVID-19 response.
