Judith Collins will announce National's latest infrastructure policy on Wednesday.

Her announcement follows Labour's much-anticipated tax policy which was revealed on Wednesday morning.
Collins is expected to answer questions on her thoughts on the proposed tax, which would see New Zealanders who earn above $180,000 taxed at 39 percent.
