Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is holding her weekly post-Cabinet press conference where she is expected to respond to the charges laid over the Whakaari/White Island tragedy.
Ardern is also expected to respond to accusations by Child Poverty Action Group that the Government has been too slow in implementing recommendations by the Welfare Expert Advisory Group.
