COVID-19 Response Minister Chris Hipkins is holding a press conference in Parliament to discuss new protections at the border.
The Government is extending pre-departure COVID-19 testing to all passengers to New Zealand except those coming from Australia, Antarctica and most Pacific Islands.
The policy has been expanded after previously just applying to passengers from the United States and Britain.
