Judith Collins is speaking to media on the second day of National's caucus retreat in Wellington, which was relocated from Whangārei due to Northland's COVID-19 scare.
Collins announced on the first day of the retreat that for the first time since 2002, National will stand candidates in the Māori electorates in 2023.
