Budget 2021: Finance Minister Grant Robertson's full speech

Grant Robertson unveiled the Government's 2021 Budget on Thursday, his fourth as Finance Minister.

It included a $200 million boost for Pharmac over four years, another $4.7 billion on health, $1.4 billion on schooling and early education, $57 billion for infrastructure and even $300 million for Antarctica's Scott Base.

Another $5.2 billion was set aside to deal with any future COVID shocks.

But the headline figure was a boost to benefits, bringing them closer to what the Welfare Expert Advisory Group asked for back in 2019.

Watch the video for the full speech.
