Labour MP Kiri Allan, a Cabinet minister, is speaking to the media on her first day back at Parliament since receiving cancer treatment.
Allan, who is MP for East Coast, revealed in May she had been diagnosed with cervical cancer.
She is returning to her role as Conservation Minister but fellow Cabinet minister Kris Faafoi will remain Acting Emergency Management Minister for the meantime.
