New Zealand has now been under COVID-19 alert level 4 restrictions for almost two weeks.
Most of the country is on track to move out of alert level 4 at the planned time of 11:59pm on Tuesday. Auckland will remain under a stringent lockdown beyond that time, given the super city is the epicenter of the outbreak.
Eighty-two new community cases of COVID-19 were reported on Saturday - the biggest daily increase of New Zealand's Delta outbreak.
