Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern will be joined by Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield to reveal Cabinet's alert level decision for Auckland and the rest of New Zealand.
Auckland has been under alert level 4 lockdown for almost a month now while the rest of New Zealand shifted down to alert level 2 last week.
The Ministry of Health registered 33 new community cases of COVID-19 on Monday, all in Auckland, 32 of which are epidemiologically linked to the Delta cluster.
