Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield are giving an update on the COVID-19 Delta outbreak at the Beehive in Wellington.
It comes after Ardern announced that New Zealand, with the exception of Auckland, will move down to alert level 2 on Wednesday.
Auckland's alert level 4 settings will be reviewed next week, and all eyes will be on how many new cases are reported and whether the outbreak looks to be under control, after three consecutive days of 20.
