Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is joined by Director-General of Health Dr Ashley Bloomfield to provide a post-Cabinet update on the COVID-19 outbreak.
An alert level decision is not expected because Ardern said last week Auckland would be kept at alert level 3 for at least another two weeks.
The same goes for Waikato. The Government announced last Thursday that parts of the region in alert level 3 would remain in lockdown until Wednesday.
The Ministry of Health registered 109 community cases of COVID-19 on Monday, 103 in Auckland, four in Waikato and two in Northland.
