National leader Christopher Luxon is speaking in Levin after the Government announced sweeping changes to COVID-19 rules.
From this weekend, outdoor gathering limits will be scrapped and indoor gathering limits will increase from 100 to 200 under the 'red' setting of the traffic light system, while QR code scanning will no longer be mandatory.
Luxon believes the traffic light system should be scrapped.
