Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern is delivering what is being referred to as a "major foreign policy speech" at the Lowy Institute in Sydney.
The Prime Minister is currently in Australia on a trade mission. She's recently spoken at a NATO summit in Spain as well as the think tank Chatham House in London. Her speech on Thursday comes ahead of the Pacific Islands Forum leaders meeting in Fiji next week.
