National leader Christopher Luxon and Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern are going head-to-head in Parliament.
It follows the latest Newshub-Reid Research poll which showed Labour down 5.9 points to 32.3 percent and National up 0.2 points to 40.7 percent.
On Tuesday morning, Finance Minister Grant Robertson also announced that Reserve Bank Governor Adrian Orr has been reappointed.
