Revenue Minister David Parker is delivering a speech on IRD's High-Wealth Individuals research project.
The report will be released publicly at 12:30pm, revealing what effective tax rate the wealthiest New Zealanders pay. A separate Treasury report looking at tax across all income earners will also be released for comparison.
