National Party leader Christopher Luxon is holding a press conference in Auckland.
It comes after a morning of political announcements, including Labour Party leader Chris Hipkins ruling out working with New Zealand First and the ACT Party as coalition partners and the Green Party's plan to protect flood-prone towns and cities.
Luxon is due to speak to media at 3pm.
