National Party leader and incoming Prime Minister Christopher Luxon is speaking to media at the Chelsea Sugar Factory in Auckland.
It has been more than a week now since the general election, and coalition negotiations are continuing in the background. National and ACT can form a Government on preliminary numbers, but will possibly need New Zealand First after the special votes come in on November 3.
