Police have named the two men who died in separate farm quad bike accidents on Saturday.
Thirty-year old Daniel Taylor died on a farm at Mangaorapa in Central Hawke's Bay.
Police said the crash happened during an organised trail ride event on the farm.
Mr Taylor was in a side-by-side farm vehicle at the time of the incident.
Police said the event was well-managed from a safety perspective and the death appears accidental.
Meanwhile police have named the man who died in a quad bike crash on Tikitiki Road, Aria, in the Waitomo District on the same afternoon.
He was 76-year-old Gerald Brian Chambers of Aria.
Police said two other people had received serious injuries in the incident.
