There's growing awareness of the importance of health and safety among New Zealand farmers, however for some the message isn't getting through.
DairyNZ chairman Jim van der Poel joined Rural Exchange to talk about the issue, and how he approaches safety on his farm at Ngahinapouri in the Waikato.
