An advisor to the Government's proposed new freshwater policy says there needs to be a New Zealand-wide conversation about the issue.
Mandy Bell was part of the Government policy thinking group, is a member of the Upper Clutha water group and has extensive experience in the veterinary, biotech and tourism industries.
